PCS-Consultants Sexual Harassment Prevention Workshop

California law (AB No. 1825) requires all employers with 50 or more employees who do business in California must provide at least two hours of classroom or other effective interactive training and education regarding sexual harassment to all supervisory employees and to all new supervisory employees within six months of their assumption of a supervisory position. If an employer fails to provide the required training, they may be ordered to comply.

California Harassment Compliance Training (AB1825)

We provide 'on-site' training and, per the requirements of the law, our workshop includes:

  • Mandatory two hours of sexual harassment training
  • Practical guidance regarding federal and state statutory provisions on the subject
  • Practical examples aimed at instructing supervisors in the prevention of harassment, discrimination and retaliation
